Find your fertile window, even when cycles aren't regular

Gyne combines ovulation tests, morning temperature, cervical mucus and timing into one clear fertile window, and supports you through IVF or IUI.

In short

How does Gyne find my fertile window?

Gyne combines what you log, including ovulation tests, basal body temperature, cervical mucus and intercourse, to estimate your fertile window, even with irregular cycles. When your temperature rises after a positive test, it confirms ovulation and moves your period prediction to 12 to 14 days later. IVF and IUI mode follows your treatment timeline instead.

What you get

  • Fertile window

Built from your own signs, not just an average cycle.

  • BBT chart

Log your morning temperature and see the shift that confirms ovulation.

  • Preconception checklist

Simple steps to prepare, from folic acid to a check-up.

  • When to see a specialist

Clear guidance on when it's reasonable to ask for help, with a fertility summary for the visit.

  • IVF and IUI mode

Injections, monitoring, retrieval, transfer and the two-week wait, step by step. (Premium)

Ask & Adapt in action

You log a positive ovulation test, and two days later your temperature rises. Gyne confirms ovulation and moves your expected period to 12–14 days later, so you know when to test.

Not birth control

Gyne's fertile window helps you try for a baby. It is not a method of contraception.

Frequently asked questions

When am I most fertile?

You're most fertile in the five days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation. In a 28-day cycle ovulation is often around day 14, but it varies, which is why Gyne uses your own signs.

Does basal body temperature confirm ovulation?

A sustained rise of about 0.5 °F (0.3 °C) usually shows ovulation has already happened. It confirms ovulation after the fact, so Gyne combines it with ovulation tests and cervical mucus.

When should we see a fertility specialist?

Common advice is after 12 months of trying if you're under 35, after 6 months if you're 35 or older, and sooner if your periods are irregular or you have a known condition. Ask your doctor what fits you.

Is IVF mode free?

Fertile-window tracking, test logging and the checklist are free. IVF and IUI mode is part of Premium.
