This notice covers this website and the early-access list. The Gyne app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch. In short: this website collects nothing about you unless you join early access.
Who we are
This website is run by FISTA Solutions, the company that makes Gyne. You can contact us using the details on the contact page.
What we collect
If you join early access, we collect your email address, the life stage you chose (if any), the language of the page you used and the time you signed up. After that, you can choose to tell us your name, gender, date of birth and anything else you'd like to add. These are optional, and skipping them changes nothing. We don't collect anything else.
What we don't collect
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser keeps only that choice, on your device, and never sends it to us. We don't build profiles and we don't track you across sites.
How we use your email
Only to tell you when Gyne launches and how to get it. We never sell or share your email for anyone else's marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or by contacting us.
If you add optional details, we use them only to understand who Gyne is for and to greet you by name. We never sell or share them.
Who handles it
We use an email service provider to store the list and send the launch email. It processes your email only on our instructions. We'll name it here once it's chosen.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the launch, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your email and any details you gave us at any time, wherever you live. Contact us and we'll do it.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. We don't use them for marketing.
Changes
If this notice changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
